We can even offer a delivered balloon bouquet right to your event or special someone. If you have a vision, we can bring it to life with our creative balloon designs!

  • Yes, we offer delivery and setup services to ensure your balloon décor looks perfect for your event. Our team will coordinate with you on the best time for setup and teardown, allowing you to focus on enjoying your event while we handle the details. Delivery and setup fees vary based on location and the size of the order.

  • The longevity of balloon décor depends on several factors including the type of balloons used, environmental conditions, and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. On average, latex balloons last 12-24 hours indoors and slightly less outdoors, while foil balloons can last several days to weeks. We can provide tips to help extend the life of your balloon décor.

Our storefront is located at 1492 FM 2673 in Canyon Lake, TX. However, we have team members in DFW, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and we can service everywhere in between. 

We also have a network of balloon artists all over the world. If you need balloon decor somewhere we don’t service, we can get you in touch with someone that can.

YES! While many places have stopped carrying helium for balloon decor due to price or availability, Balloon Man has access to helium. Come by and get a bouquet!

Balloon Man has a wide array of colors to choose from for your decor needs. If you are a DIYer and don’t want us to build you a display, come on by and get some of our top quality balloons for your event. 

As we cannot guarantee the quality of Amazon or other balloon brands, we do not inflate balloons that are not purchased from Balloon Man.

Absolutely! That is one of our specialties! Balloon Man started in 2009 decorating auto dealerships all across Texas and Louisiana. We still have  auto dealership and RV Store clients (some that have been with us since the beginning) all over Texas and Oklahoma. 

If your intending on making a larger order with us (over $700) we typically need at least 2 weeks to make sure we can get all of the materials on time. If you have specialty colors in mind, we will need the same 2 weeks notice. However, if we have it in stock, we have been known to make displays the day of the event. Though, we’d appreciate at least a day or two notice. 

Yes. We do charge for set up as well as delivery and pickup of balloons (if you choose not to keep them) and our hardware. 

You will discuss these fees with your decor designer during your consultation. 

However, you may avoid these fees by leaving a credit card on file with us with an agreement to return the hardware to us within 5 business days of your event.
